OPERATIONS

System, services & logs

Inspect the host, understand its activity and manage supported services.

Inspect the real system

System Monitor exposes available CPU, memory, storage, processes, network and hardware-health information from the Linux host. Metrics history is kept in memory and resets when the API restarts. Sensors and Linux capabilities that the host does not expose are shown as unavailable.

Manage services with clear boundaries

Inspect systemd units and perform supported actions using the required role and linked Linux authorization. Protected SSH, networking, EveryOS and systemd units accept start only, preserving critical host access. Unavailable actions are explained instead of being simulated.

Read logs and diagnose

Use filtered or live journald logs to investigate failures, then consult Tasks, Updates or the audit log for the operation involved. Keep secrets out of shared diagnostics. System-management actions are permission checked and audited; viewing a metric is not permission to change the host.
