Connect your own Google account and move files in either direction.
Configure the server’s Google client
Each server needs its own Google Desktop app OAuth client, enabled Drive API and full Drive scope. An administrator sets this up first in Connections using the built-in guide. Every person then connects their own account. Google testing-mode refresh tokens expire after seven days and may require reconnection.
Complete authorization remotely
On a remote browser, Google may return to a loopback address that cannot open on that device. Copy the complete returned address into EveryOS to finish the connection, as the connection guide explains. Treat the address as temporary authorization data and never publish it.
Browse and transfer
Use My Drive and Shared with me to upload, download, rename, trash or copy files and folders between Drive and EveryOS. Google Docs, Sheets and Slides export to Office formats; unsupported Google-only types cannot download. Follow transfer progress and cancellation in Files, the menu bar, dock, Pulse or mobile view.
