GETTING STARTED
Installation
From a fresh Linux host to your own EveryOS workspace.
Kernel 5.14+ · glibc 2.34+ · systemd 248+
Check the requirements
Use Debian 12+, Ubuntu 22.04+ or a compatible 64-bit APT/systemd distribution on ARM64 or AMD64. Minimum versions are kernel 5.14, glibc 2.34 and systemd 248. You need sudo access, curl and working HTTPS certificates. The package includes Node.js; cloning the repository is unnecessary.
Install EveryOS
Run this command on a fresh Linux host. The installer checks your platform, installs missing prerequisites and verifies the signed release and package. The command trusts the official bootstrap delivered over HTTPS. For independent key and signature verification, follow the original packaging guide linked below.
curl -fsSL https://github.com/goktugcy/everyos/releases/latest/download/install.sh | sudo bashRead the setup token
Read the one-time token locally on the host and use it in the setup wizard. Treat it as a secret. The installer prints reachable network addresses; it does not change firewall rules, open router ports or install Docker and Tailscale.
sudo cat /var/lib/everyos/setup-tokenOpen your workspace
Replace YOUR_SERVER_IP with an address printed by the installer, open port 7470 in your browser and create the administrator account using the token. New installations bind to IPv4 interfaces. Enable HTTPS in Settings → Security → HTTPS. Existing installations must use the update workflow instead of running the initial installer again.
