Notifications & phone alerts
Keep useful alerts inside your desktop or send them to your phone.
Manage in-app notifications
Use the notification center to filter, read or dismiss messages and follow links to relevant apps. Adjust toast and mute preferences. Conditions such as an offline service or expiring connection can be raised and resolved. Personal notifications remain inside EveryOS.
Add an external channel
An administrator can configure ntfy, Telegram, SMTP e-mail or Discord, Slack and JSON webhooks. Set severity, category and one of the ten supported languages, then send a test. Up to ten channels are supported, with delivery rate limits; a successful server test does not prove the phone is subscribed.
Connect ntfy to your phone
Use Add to phone for the exact server, topic, QR code and subscription link. Topic names are case-sensitive. For self-hosted ntfy, follow the documented upstream configuration for instant iPhone notifications. Keep channel credentials private and inspect delivery errors in settings.
